PAPA Terms & Conditions
Whilst all reasonable care and diligence is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every student, Perth Academy of Performing Arts and subcontractors do not accept responsibility for any incident, injury or loss occurring during any class, rehearsal or performance and will not be liable for any costs incurred.
In registering yourself or your child you acknowledge and consent to allow Perth Academy of Performing Arts and it's representatives to record photos and/or videos of the student named on this form for use in promotional materials including printed publications (such as flyers/brochures, newspaper ads) and online including on the Perth Academy of Performing Arts website and social media accounts. You further understand that no financial compensation will be made for use of these photos/videos.
Payment of term fees is due prior to the commencement of Term. New students may attend their first term class as a free trial, payment for the remainder of the term is due before commencement of your next class. We are not able to provide refunds for term fees but may provide credit towards future classes at our discretion.
Payment of School Holiday Workshop Fees is due at the time of registration. If you need to cancel your enrolment we will offer a full credit for a future workshop or refund your payment minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation (unless due to unexpected illness) must be made NO LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR to the Workshop otherwise no refund will be given.

In the unlikely case of Government shut downs or other unforeseen circumstances forcing classes to be cancelled, term enrolled students will be offered online classes in place of their regular classes. In the case of School Holiday Workshops a full refund will be administered automatically. Please click here for our COVID guidelines.
Perth Academy of Performing Arts may at times place students in classes relevant to their age or ability regardless of class enrolment at the commencement of term. Appropriate changes to class enrolments will be discussed privately with students and/or their guardians.
We strive to create a supportive environment for all persons with an interest in the performing arts to develop their skills, however, we are not equipped with special training or facilities to accommodate persons with special needs. If you or your child has special needs, please contact us prior to enrolment to discuss individual requirements.
Perth Academy of Performing Arts is a close community of teachers, students and their families.

Students must show respect for their teachers and peers at all times

All students must actively participate in activities and tasks set by teachers to the best of their ability

ZERO tolerance for bullying

NO negative or unsupportive language or behaviour

NO running

NO acrobatics unless directed and supervised by teachers

NO climbing on furniture unless directed and supervised by teachers
Any participants causing disruption to the learning or enjoyment of others will be asked to leave the class. No refunds will be given in the case that a student is removed from any class due to disruptive behaviour.
All students will undergo a safety induction and must adhere to policies including physical distancing and hand hygiene. Any student who consistently breaches any safety protocols will be separated from the group and parents will be asked to collect them from the workshop. No refunds will be given in this case.
