We don’t want anyone to worry or miss out due to uncertainty and we’ve made it our mission to ensure that our students and everyone in Perth has access to safe, nurturing Performing Arts opportunities no matter what happens!
You can rest assured when you book that in the case of Government lock downs or other unforeseen circumstances forcing us to cancel any class or workshop we've got options to keep you covered.
In the case of School Holiday Workshops being cancelled you will automatically receive a full refund of fees paid. Plus, if you are unable to attend your workshop due to unforseen illness, we’ll credit you in full towards a future workshop.
If our weekly term classes are not able to go ahead on any week we are fully prepared to switch to online classes straight away. Your normal class will go ahead via Zoom and we have specially formulated class plans to make sure the online experience is both educational and entertaining.
If you do not wish to take your classes online, that's no problem. Any fees paid for classes missed in these circumstances will be credited to your account for use in future classes or workshops when face to face classes can safely resume.
The safety and wellbeing of our students and staff and their families is our utmost concern and we have different levels of COVID Safety Plans that are followed depending on the current local government advice. Even in our lowest level plan all students, staff and parents entering one of our buildings must use hand sanitiser provided, surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant regularly and anyone with symptoms of any kind of illness is expected to stay home.
With the support of our wonderful PAPA Family we have managed to get through this very difficult time in history with relatively little interruption to classes and we are very proud and thrilled to have been able to provide our students with access to safe, fun classes to connect with their teachers and fellow students in times of isolation.
We are so grateful for your support during this time and are fully committed to continuing to provide a safe place for everyone in Perth (and Northam!) to explore their creativity and gain confidence in themselves through the Performing Arts.
